Season's greetings, Canva users!
A little holiday cheer has arrived! The 2026 Holiday Toolkit is now available, with seven new design styles to help your hotel ring in the season from Halloween through New Year's. Give your promotions, greetings, and everyday emails a festive refresh with themed templates.
Have a favorite design from last year?
Our 2025 templates are still available for you to use. Just remember to refresh any dates and event details before sharing.
Where are the templates?
Our templates live in Projects, not the Templates tab.
Go to Projects → Property Brand Templates and select your hotel’s brand folder, or use the quick links below to find what you need.
You’ll have access to every brand folder we’ve created. Feel free to explore, but do not use a template that is not specific to your brand.

An Aimbridge Canva Enterprise license gives you access to:
Brand resources: Brand kits, logos, and templates created by Second Wave to help you follow your hotel’s brand standards.
Premium content: Stock photos, videos, and graphics to enhance your materials.
Advanced design tools: Background removal, resizing, and AI-assisted design and writing.
Company-managed access: Designs remain within the company account, helping maintain access when team members change.

To avoid having to use an email code each time you log in, we recommend creating a password in account settings.
Open the account menu and select Your account.
In the side menu, select Account & Security
Next to password, click Update password or Password reset page, whichever is available to click on.
From there, create a password. You can then choose to enter a password instead of receiving an email code each time you log in.

Use Canva for sales flyers and other materials with existing templates that can be easily printed in-house or distributed digitally. For projects requiring more complex design, large-format materials, or professional printing, please submit a Graphic Design ticket at asksecondwave.com so our team can ensure the files meet production requirements.

Each Canva license fee is billed directly to your hotel’s P&L in the month that the license was requested. The hotel’s finance team can spread the charge throughout the year if needed.
